The Board members of Murraylands Training and Employment Association of (SA) Inc, undertake and perform their duties in a voluntary capacity.
Martyn Codrington
Chairman
Martyn is a successful business owner in Murray Bridge and has been a member of M.T.&E. since 1999 and Chairman since December 2004. He is also Chairman of the Murray Bridge Community Club and Second Lieutenant of the Murray Bridge Country Fire Service. He is a Justice of the Peace.
Bruce Davis
Vice Chairman
Bruce is Service Manager of Murray Mitsubishi & Hyundai, who host Apprentices & Trainees from M.T.&E. Bruce became a member of M.T.&E. in September 2005 and then stepped up to a Board position in December of the same year. He adds to the composition of the Board from the perspective of a Host Employer.
Dale Manson
Treasurer
Recently retired from his position of Manager of Strategy Rural Solutions SA. Dale ran a very successful radio program for the rural sector over a period of 30 years and it was the longest running program of it's type in Australia. He is still involved with rural media of South Australia. He is also a Justice of the Peace and Director of Rural Media of South Australia. Dale has been a member of the M.T.&E. Board since December 2004. Added to his formidable experience is 33 years development in rural communities and Government.
Quentin Moore
Board Member
Quentin is Owner/Director of Moore Engineering, Moore Mechanical & Moore Plant Hire. These firms would be one of the largest employers in the region in their fields of expertise. Moore Engineering & Moore Mechanical are the largest Host Employers of Apprentices from M.T.&E. Quentin brings a vast knowledge of Industry and business acumen to M.T.&E. He is a member of many organizations in the area and has been a member of the Board since November 2007
Mildy Raveane
Board Member
Mildy has vast experience in Human Resource Management, Communication and Networking. He is adept at business analysis planning and forecasting and brings these valuable skills to the Board. He operated in the tourism industry for 16 years and understands the true value of exceptional Customer Service and Quality Assurance. He is currently employed by the Rural City of Murray Bridge as the Customer Relations Manager. In early 2011 Mildy joined the MT&E Board as a community member.
